“Carrot Cake” Peanut Butter Smoothie

Do you love carrot cake as much as I do? If you do, then you’ll love it in smoothie form! In this recipe we mix Smooth Operator peanut butter with some carrots and oats for great texture, then add some delicious cinnamon and cloves to give it that cake spice flavor we love!

Yield: 1 serving

Carrot Cake Peanut Butter Smoothie


½ cup chopped carrots
¼ cup old fashioned oats
2 tablespoons Smooth Operator peanut butter
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ cup ice


Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
