Dark chocolate peanut butter protein pancakes drizzled with Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter, Smooth Operator peanut butter, peanuts, and chocolate chips makes for a delicious stack of pancakes.

Ingredients

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes Ingredients

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes:
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter
1 whole egg
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
sweetener to taste (optional)

Toppings:
1 tbsp Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter
1 tbsp Smooth Operator peanut butter
1 tsp crushed peanuts
1 tsp chocolate chips

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat pan or griddle to medium/high heat.
  2. 2. Blend all pancake ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  4. 3. Spray pan/griddle with nonstick spray. Spoon batter onto pan/griddle to make 5 medium sized pancakes. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side.

  6. 4. Once cooked, microwave the Dark Chocolate Dreams and Smooth Operator peanut butter in separate small bowls until warm. Drizzle over top of the pancakes. Top with some crushed peanuts and a few chocolate chips if desired. Enjoy!
