Dark chocolate peanut butter protein pancakes drizzled with Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter, Smooth Operator peanut butter, peanuts, and chocolate chips makes for a delicious stack of pancakes.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes:
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter
1 whole egg
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
sweetener to taste (optional)
- 1. Preheat pan or griddle to medium/high heat.
- 2. Blend all pancake ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- 3. Spray pan/griddle with nonstick spray. Spoon batter onto pan/griddle to make 5 medium sized pancakes. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side.
- 4. Once cooked, microwave the Dark Chocolate Dreams and Smooth Operator peanut butter in separate small bowls until warm. Drizzle over top of the pancakes. Top with some crushed peanuts and a few chocolate chips if desired. Enjoy!
