A peanut butter afficionado looked at me like I was crazy when I talked about this recently, but I’ve been making this for years with slight variation. Smear a graham cracker with peanur butter (I eat ONLY crunchy), top with 4-5 miniature marshmallows, and pop into toaster oven to brown the marshmallows. Let cool slightly before drizzling the result with chocolate syrup and enjoy! Make ’em for breakfast, after school snacks, or midnight munchies – no hot grill required!
