There’s nothing better than a refreshing treat on a warm day. Even better? A treat that is a delicious combination of chocolate, peanut butter and banana! All you need is a little planning to account for the freezer time and these tasty little dessert pops will be ready for you to enjoy anytime! The other great thing about this recipe is that it comes together within minutes thanks to your blender. So easy you could even get the kids involved in this one!

Ingredients

8 fl oz plain unsweetened almond milk
1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
1 large banana, sliced
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter & Co. Cocoa peanut powder
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter & Co. Vanilla peanut powder
1 1/2 tsp granulated stevia
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. 1. In a large bowl add the eggs, whisk, then add the milk and vanilla and whisk once more. Next add the sugar and whisk followed by the baking powder, flour and Peanut Butter & Co. Original Powdered Peanut Butter until incorporated. Let batter sit for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Line one side of each popsicle mold with sliced bananas & pour the mixture into popsicle molds.

  4. 3. Freeze for 30 minutes before inserting the popsicle sticks.
  5. 4. Freeze the until frozen solid (approx. 4-6 hours)
