1 tablespoon salted butter
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup Smooth Operator peanut butter
10 oz jumbo marshmallows

- 1. Pre-heat oven to 450°F. Place a 10” skillet inside the oven while heating.
- 2. Once the oven temperature is reached, remove the hot skillet and add the butter to the pan, swirling to coat the bottom and the edges. Next, layer the skillet with chocolate chips, peanut butter, and marshmallows. Return skillet to oven middle rack and bake for 5 – 8 minutes until the marshmallows are browned but not burnt. Immediately serve, pairing with graham crackers for dipping.
