This recipe is for a winter dessert cocktail of peanut butter hot chocolate (made with Dark Chocolate Dreams) and spiked with bourbon. Garnished with marshmallows.

2 cups whole milk
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter
3 ounces bourbon (you can substitute rum or whiskey)
Mini marshmallows for garnish
1. Combine milk, chocolate chips and peanut butter in a saucepan over low heat. Whisk continuously until the chocolate chips and peanut butter are melted and the hot chocolate is smooth and steaming. Remove from heat.
2. Divide into two mugs and stir in bourbon in each mug. Garnish with a pile of mini marshmallows. Serve immediately.
