Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Smooth Operator peanut butter, divided
1 cup sugar
3 cups cold half-and-half
1/2 cup chopped roasted salted peanuts
Directions
1. Combine 1 cup peanut butter, sugar and half-and-half in a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Freeze ice cream in ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions. Just as the ice cream is almost finished churning, heat remaining 1/2 cup peanut butter in microwave just until softened and pourable, about 1 minute. Fold peanut butter and peanuts into ice cream and transfer to a container to freeze completely.

hi, what a great recipe for dbl peanut butter ice cream . i could use a loaf pan like they do . do u have to add plastic wrap so it don’t get ice on top. do u have a easy recipe for gelato . thanks billy
