There is nothing easier than a bark. It’s just melted chocolate and mix-ins recombined and then broken up to make a very simple and delicious festive snack. This peanut butter bark adds crushed pretzels and chopped peanuts to swirls of melted white chocolate, milk chocolate, and peanut butter.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Total time: 5 minutes (plus chilling time)
Yield: 1 pound of bark
12 ounces milk chocolate, melted
4 ounces white chocolate, melted
¼ cup Smooth Operator peanut butter
½ cup chopped peanuts
½ cup chopped pretzels
1. Line a 9” X 13” rimmed baking sheet with wax paper.
2. Stir together peanut butter and white chocolate. Pour melted milk chocolate onto baking sheet. Pour peanut butter-chocolate mixture over, and use a spoon to swirl the two together. Scatter with chopped pretzels and peanuts.
3. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes. Peel off wax paper before breaking into pieces.
