1/2 cup Cinnamon Raisin Swirl peanut butter
2 tablespoons softened unsalted butter
4 tablespoons sugar, divided
1 large egg
2 tablespoons flour, divided
4 Gala or Fuji apples, peeled and sliced 1/2-inch thick
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 portions prepared pie crusts (from a 14.1-ounce package)
1. Preheat oven to 350° F. In a small bowl, stir together peanut butter, butter, 1 tablespoon sugar, egg and 1 tablespoon flour. In a large bowl, toss apples with cinnamon, remaining 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon flour.
2. Place 1 pie crust in pie plate, allowing excess to drape over rim; spread peanut butter filling at bottom of pie. Mound apples in center of pie. Cover pie with second crust, crimping edge of dough to seal. Cut slits in top of pie and place pie on a large rimmed baking sheet.
3. Bake pie until golden and bubbly, about 1 hour. Let pie stand 30 minutes to 1 hour before slicing
