Ingredients

1/3 cup Smooth Operator peanut butter
2 tablespoons flax meal
2 medium bananas
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup yogurt*

*If using Greek yogurt, add about 1/4 cup of apple or white grape juice, or water, to make the smoothie less thick

Procedure

Combine all smoothie ingredients in blender jar; blend until smooth.
