1 cup Smooth Operator peanut butter, room temperature
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup heavy cream
1. Combine peanut butter, butter, and salt in base of a mixer with a whisk attachment and whisk 2 minutes until evenly combined.
2. Beat in the powdered sugar, followed by the vanilla and heavy cream until light and fluffy.
3. Use immediately to frost cake.
