This week we show you how to make Peanut Butter Crepes like the French! These treats are great for breakfast, brunch, or dessert. Crepes are quick and easy to make, and can be filled with all kinds of tasty fillings from sweet fruits to decadent chocolate!

Prep time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total time: 12 minutes
Yield: 8 crepes


1/3 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
2 large eggs
1/4 cup Smooth Operator peanut butter
Melted butter for pan


1. In a blender, combine flour, milk, eggs and peanut butter. Blend until smooth.

2. Heat 2 crepe pans or small nonstick skillets (about 8 to 9-inch) over medium heat. Brush a thin layer of butter into bottom of each pan. Swirl about 2 tablespoons of batter into each pan. Cook, flipping crepe when the top is no longer wet looking and it begins to brown at edges, about 3 minutes total. Transfer cooked crepes to a plate and cover with a towel; repeat with remaining batter. (You should have 8 thin crepes.)
