Cool off this summer with peanut butter ice pops. Caroline’s four easy recipes can be made in 5 minutes or less. This one blends together mango, yogurt, and Smooth Operator peanut butter!

Total time: 5 minutes (plus freezing time)
Yield: 4 pops (2 cups pop puree)
2 cups chopped mango
2 tablespoons sugar
½ cup Smooth Operator peanut butter
½ cup plain yogurt, preferably whole-milk
Special equipment: Popsicle molds
1. Combine mango, peanut butter and sugar in a blender and blend to puree. Add yogurt and blend until smooth, about 1 minute
2. Spoon yogurt mixture into 4, ½ cup-capacity pop molds. Freeze until firm, at least 3 hours. Store up to 2 weeks in freezer.
