Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
Yield: 2 servings

Peanut butter simple syrup
1 cup granulated white sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup Smooth Operator peanut butter
Pinch kosher salt

For the cocktail
4 ounces (1/2 cup) vodka
2 ounces (1/4 cup) peanut butter simple syrup

1. Make the peanut butter simple syrup: Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes, letting it reduce slightly. Stir in the peanut butter and salt, and whisk continuously for about 3-5 more minutes until smooth, syrupy, and thick. Remove from heat and let cool completely. (Can be prepared days in advance. Store in fridge.)

2. Combine vodka, simple syrup, and ice in a shaker and mix until shaker is frosted. Divide into 2 martini glasses.

3. Drink up!
