This creamy buttermilk and mayonnaise ranch dressing gets a kick of spice from The Heat Is On peanut butter. Since the peanut butter is already loaded with different fiery spices you get all the flavor without adding a lot of ingredients. This flavorful dressing is perfect drizzled over a simple iceberg wedge salad with tomatoes.

Yield: 1 cup dressing
½ cup buttermilk
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons The Heat is On peanut butter
2 tablespoons minced chives
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup roasted salted peanuts, roughly chopped
1. Combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, peanut butter, and salt in a blender and puree until smooth.
2. Pour into a bowl and whisk in chives, parsley, and black pepper.
3. Cut iceberg lettuce into wedges and plate, 1 wedge per plate. Top with tomatoes and drizzle generously with dressing.
4. Garnish with peanuts before serving.
