Meatballs make great appetizers whether you use beef, or in this case, turkey. The addition of The Heat Is On peanut butter gives these meatballs an extra kick of spiciness. These bite-size meatballs are perfect for serving at parties and can be made in advance. This recipe is also gluten- and dairy-free, so it can accommodate guests with dietary restrictions.

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Mix turkey, peanut butter, paprika, salt, grated garlic, and egg until evenly distributed.

3. Shape ground turkey into 1 inch balls, and arrange on lined baking sheet.

5. Serve warm with spicy salsa verde and yogurt on the side.

  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 3 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 large egg, slightly beaten
  • Salsa verde & Greek yogurt, for serving
