
The great thing about fudge is just how versatile it is. There are endless flavor combinations and possibilities. This White Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge is probably one of my favorite variations to date. It’s super simple, is the perfect amount of peanut butter and is taken to the next level with the white chocolate. Whether you’re wanting a treat for yourself or for a gift, I highly recommend this delicious dessert!

Ingredients
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. Peanut Butter & Co. White Chocolate Wonderful
1 (7 oz.) can marshmallow cream
1 c. peanut butter chips
1/2 c. melted white chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- 1. Melt the butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Add the evaporated milk and sugar and mix well.
- 2. Stirring constantly on medium heat, bring to a full rolling boil. Cook until a candy thermometer reaches 234-degrees OR for four minutes.
- 3. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallow cream & Peanut Butter & Co. White Chocolate Wonderful. Stir in vanilla.
- 4. Pour into 9″ x 9″ pan and top with melted white chocolate and peanut butter chips.
- 5. Slice and enjoy!
