VIDEO RECIPE: Old Fashioned Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) jar Peanut Butter and Co Smooth Operator

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature 

1 1/2 cups packed light-brown sugar 

1 large egg 

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 

1 tsp. baking powder 


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine Peanut Butter and Co Smooth Operator, butter, and sugar. Beat mixture on medium speed until light and fluffy. Stir in egg until incorporated. With mixer on low speed, stir in flour and baking powder. 

  2. Drop dough in 1-tablespoon portions onto parchment-lined baking sheets (about an inch apart). Use the tines of a fork to flatten cookies, making a crosshatch pattern. Bake cookies 12 to 14 minutes or until golden around edges. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
