The other nice thing about these waffles is that they are made with almond flour which makes them gluten free! Whether you’re gluten intolerant or not, these babies are great for any diets. They are delicious – especially topped with the Maple Peanut Butter Pumpkin Spice Syrup!

Yield: 4 waffles
1 cup blanched almond flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup Peanut Butter & Co. Pumpkin Spice peanut butter
Maple Peanut Butter Pumpkin Spice Syrup
2 tbsp. Peanut Butter & Co. Pumpkin Spice peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1. In a bowl combine almond flour and baking powder.
2. Add in eggs, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and Peanut Butter & Co. Pumpkin Spice. Mix to combine.
3. Spray waffle maker with cooking spray to avoid sticking. Pour in 1/3 c. batter and cook as directed by your waffle maker.
4. Continue until all of the batter is gone. Spray the skillet each time that you make a new batch. Remove and transfer to plate, repeat until all batter has been used. Batter makes four waffles.
5.In a small saucepan heat together Pumpkin Spice peanut butter and maple syrup until combined. Pour over waffles and enjoy!
