2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup Crunch Time peanut butter
1 (10-ounce) bag miniature marshmallows
6 cups crispy rice cereal*
*You can use crispy brown rice cereal, too
1. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray; line with waxed paper or parchment to overhang on two sides.
2. In a large pot, heat butter and peanut butter until melted. Stir in miniature marshmallows and cook, stirring, until melted and combined, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Working quickly, stir in rice cereal to marshmallow mixture; transfer mixture to prepared pan. Using a greased heatproof spatula, press treat mixture into pan. Let cool completely before removing from pan (about 30 minutes) and cutting into bars.
