8 (6-inch) corn or flour tortillas, warmed
1/2 cup prepared or fresh salsa*
1 cup corn kernels from grilled corn**
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
* For prepared salsa, you may use a refrigerated brand like Sabra, or bottled salsa.
** You may also use canned or thawed frozen corn.
Divide pork among tortillas. Top with salsa, corn, and chopped cilantro.
